5. Cancellation

5.2 After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5.3 All payments are non-refundable once access to digital content has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Stream or distribute the Service publicly.
• Record, copy, redistribute, or retransmit the Service.
• Attempt to bypass security or geographic restrictions.
• Use VPN, proxy, DNS manipulation or similar methods to circumvent territorial restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, automate access, or manipulate the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content are owned by Gaamot.ge LLC or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal use only.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

10. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Fraud Prevention

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.

Where permitted by law, if a chargeback is filed after you have received access to digital content, we may treat the chargeback as an unauthorized reversal of payment and pursue recovery of amounts owed, including any chargeback fees and administrative costs imposed on us by payment providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaamot.ge LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service during the previous twelve (12) months.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber attacks, governmental actions, third-party service failures, or infrastructure failures.
